CLOSED CELL INSULATION

Closed cell spray foam is the highest-performing insulation produt available. If cures rigid and dense, with an R-value of approximately -7 per inch, and it fluntions as both an air barrier and a vapor retarder in a single application. For areas with moisture exposure or limited cavity depth, nothing else comes close.

Innovative Insulation uses closed cell foam in crawl spaces, rim joist, below grade walls, unvented roof decks, and exterior walls where the Hudson Valley's climate demonds real moisture control. It also adds structural racking strength to wall assemblies - a benefit most homeowners don't know about unitl they see the spec sheet.

It costs more per sprare foot than open cell, and for most applications it's worth it. We'll tell you honestly when it's the right call and when it isn't.
